The best part about my two day stint as a juror for the borough of Brooklyn? This shot I snapped on my phone of the courthouse–true story. I couldn’t think of a better way to ring in July than with a nice patriotic photo finish and some adorable oxfords I hope to one day be cool enough to purchase.
On another random note, I don’t miss being unable to see, but I truly miss shopping for glasses. I spent way too much time on Bon Look in search of the right “librarian chic” frames for this post. Is it cool to pick out my reading glasses 20 years early? Great. Didn’t think so. Hope you all stay cool and have a wonderful weekend!
