Know what stinks? Having to go into an office, or movie theater, or shop, or wherever it is that you may pass 8+ hours indoors at a time, and spend the day freezing in your cute summer dress. Now, I love the air conditioning at the Chelsea Market on weeks like this scorcher, but I can’t fathom squeezing into skinny jeans in my 88 degree apartment just to stay warm at work. We only get 12 weeks or so of summer ’round here, and I’d like to reserve my right to bare legs (yeah, I said it) as often as possible. So, what’s a girl to do?
